I myself started laughter yoga at a time in my life when I was overwhelmed by worry and sadness. I hardly ever laughed anymore. It was thanks in part to Laughter Yoga that I was able to rediscover my joie de vivre, reconnect with my childlike soul, take a step back and rediscover my radiant laughter. Today, I can say that I feel happy.

I then decided to train in this wonderful practice so that I could share it with you. Since the end of 2022, I've been delighted to host workshops to share this fabulous tool with you, so that you too can rediscover your smile and reconnect with your inner child.

What led me to laughter yoga

Presentation

It's a celebration of life, an invitation to rediscover our inner child. By consciously laughing, we connect with our inner joy, release accumulated tension and cultivate a positive state of mind. In this practice, each burst of laughter becomes a joyful meditation, a dance of the soul that resonates far beyond the session.
